Hey Edoardo,

You get email notifications from Factory Nova. The notifications that refer to something that you should do yourself could be marked in your email client so that you know that you have to do this and they effectively become your own tasks. When you are finishing such tasks, you remove the marks from the notifications, go to Factory Nova (usually by clicking a link in the notification) and change the status of the tasks as appropriate.

In the future we would add a tighter email integration, when it would be possible to reply on the notifications and mark the tasks as completed this way or at least add your own comments to the task this way.

Could you clarify some passages?
I'm wondering what is the best way to manage projects and tasks in Factory Nova through e-mail. What would be the perfect workflow, considering the available Factory Nova features?
I love the fact that each project can have it's mailbox, but I'm wondering how to manage the whole process. I installed the demo versione and considering buying the product. Thanks in advance.
