Yes, my problem too. My Notebook battery was draining since I started using Vista.
I’ve disabled readyboost, superfetch and Windows defender. That solved most of the problems
Vista seems to run fine on my Toshiba notebook. I installed 4 gig of RAM – but it still sluggish. XP has always been better and faster in my opinion.
